Our team of qualified technicians undertake the inspection, testing, maintenance, reactive repair, and (when necessary) augmentation of all types of essential safety measures (ESM) within each building to ensure ongoing compliance with the Building Regulations.
ESS was founded in 2012 by a team of ESM professionals to focus exclusively on supporting building owners by maintaining their ESM system in compliance with the regulations. Separating ESS from the rough and tumble of new construction work and major building projects has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of client’s needs, supported by a dedicated integrated management system (IMS) and trained staff.
This unique combination of skills, knowledge, experience, and focus allows us to deliver tailored services that meet the needs of each individual client efficiently and cost effectively.
